Clio Kill Brow Tinted Tattoo
I’ve contemplated microblading my brows for as long as I can remember. Tattooing your brows is an extremely popular cosmetic procedure – even my grandma has hers done. Despite my sparse brows, I’ve never been able to bite the bullet because I like to switch up my brow shape according to different makeup looks or simply the mood I’m in. Tattooed makeup might be the most convenient idea, but for those of you who are looking for long lasting brows without the commitment, I would recommend my go-to Clio Kill Brow Tinted Tattoo.
Here’s a ‘lil #ThrowbackThursday
I absolutely adored the (then) new Swiss Business seat – a spacious workplace that converts into a comfortable flat bed at your wish. Travel professionals have voted Swiss Business Class the best in Europe on multiple occasions. I was able to score one of their limited single seating arrangements that pretty much resembles a throne.
I traveled for 11 hours from Zurich, Switzerland to Hong Kong en route back to Guam back in 2014. Luckily, I had the chance to try their famous SWISS Taste of Switzerland – only served on flights departing from the motherland. This award winning concept allows some of the top Swiss chefs to create impressive seasonal dishes that combine the country’s unique flavors with their own personal twist.
What are the onboard amenities?
- Comfort kits & on-board slippers (in the colder months, you can also expect a beanie or a neck warmer)
- Flat bed seats that recline to a full 2 metre bed with an integrated massage function, air cushion, complimentary duvet & pillows
- Noise reducing headsets
- USB ports
- Premier entertainment
What are the meal & beverage services?
- Pre-departure beverage service
- Customized dining (opt out from the full course & request a light meal)
- Gourmet dessert selections (ice creams, fresh fruits, cheese and crackers, chocolates, liqueurs)
- Mid-flight snacks (a necessity for long haul flights)
- Selection of cocktails, beer, international wines, or freshly brewed coffee
Lotte World Tower, Seoul Sky is the third tallest observatory in the world. It boasts the world’s highest glass-floor observation deck in addition to the world’s tallest double decker lift with a 4-sided monitor. If you’re extremely sensitive to elevation change like me, then prepare yourself.
As the tallest building in South Korea, Seoul Sky is the only place you can experience a 360 view of the capital.
My favourite part was Sky Deck – the adrenaline rush of floating 478m (119 floors) into the sky. There are two separate glass-floor observation decks on opposite ends; one with an optional photo station by the Seoul Sky staff and another with a more unique surprise experience.
I can’t believe it’s been over two and a half years since I’ve been back home. I missed the warm clear waters and my favorite foods growing up on Guam. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t as welcoming. Most of the days were gloomy or simply chucking in down.
I turned 23 this past Sunday at the happiest place on Earth! I’m an absolute food fanatic so in celebration of my birthday, I indulged in all my guilty pleasures because we all know calories don’t count at Disneyland.
Churro Carts | Churros
I don’t think I’ve ever gone to an amusement park without grabbing one of these to-go. Right now, you can also find limited edition speciality churros: lightsaber churros in red and blue or golden churros in light of the Pirates of the Caribbean’s 50th anniversary.
Maurice’s Treats | Cheddar Garlic Bagel Twist
The epitome of my kind of carb heaven. You can find this glorious cheesy greatness in Fantasyland.
Pooh’s Corner | Marshmallow dipped in Caramel & Chocolate w. Chocolate Drizzle
I have this thing for marshmallows, so I couldn’t pass up trying one of the many marshmallow wands in Critter County. Snag your favorite Disney character or enjoy their seasonal decorative colors and designs.
Pooh’s Corner | Rice Krispie covered in M&M’s w. Chocolate Drizzle
I have nothing else to say other than this is my entire childhood on a stick. So who could resist?
Tiki Juice Bar | Dole Whip Float
A Disneyland must-have! This pineapple soft serve over pineapple juice is the perfect pick-me-up on any day.
Mint Julep Bar | Mint Julep
This refreshing mint drink with a hint of lime did not disappoint.
Mint Julep Bar | Mickey Beignets
I’m so glad my friend Genie recommended these beignets. Freshly made, these delicious pastries topped with powdered sugar are now one of my favorites at Disneyland.
Pretzel Carts | Mickey Mouse Pretzel
In my opinion, this doughy pretzel is best paired with cheese dip.
Jolly Holiday Bakery Café | Jolly Holiday Combo
You can’t go wrong with a solid grilled cheese and tomato basil soup. Upon my friend Jordan’s recommendation, I had to get this classic combo!
Starbucks | Grande Soy Iced Chai
I’m not a coffee drinker, but I do love a good chai tea latte.
In n Out | Grilled Cheese w. Grilled Onions & Fries
Unfortunately, the French Market restaurant that serves the parmesan garlic french fries I wanted was closed by the time we went. So on our way back home, we stopped by In n Out drive thru to grab myself a grilled cheese sandwich, buns toasted with grilled onions and a side of well-done fries.
Let me know what your favorite goodies are at Disneyland!
My friends and I decided to take a trip down to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for our last undergraduate spring break back in April 2016. We spent our four days keeping distance from the typical college crowd and explored the city with Cabo Adventures.
Day 4 | Luxury Sailing
We spent our last full day in Cabo San Lucas sailing the Sea of Cortés. We were welcomed onboard with bottomless mimosas, shrimp skewers, and my favorite – chips & guac.
